The Kani Gotra representatives offered the relics collected from the lap of Agasthyaarkoodam with a vow to Lord Ayyappa.
A group of 167 people from the Kottoor forest area of Thiruvananthapuram, without breaking the tradition, achieved the Malachavitty Darshanayujyam this time too.The group, led by group leader Vinod Kumar, consisting of 27 children and about 14 male relatives, reached Pampa in three KSRTC buses. The group also includes a differently-abled member named Ayyappan.
