The deed and related documents were formally handed over by Minister for Transport, K. B. Ganesh Kumar, to Rajesh Thiruvalla, Chairman, and Presheela Antony, Secretary of Mahatma Jan Seva Kendra, in the presence of the donor, Binu K. Thomas.
