Applications are invited for the third batch of the Norka Roots Triple Win Trainee Program (Ausbildung), which provides free and stipend-based nursing studies and subsequent employment in Germany after Plus Two.
Currently, there are 20 vacancies available in care homes and hospitals in Germany. The program provides vocational nursing training to practice as a registered nurse in Germany. The candidate should have at least 60 percent marks in Plus Two in the science stream, which includes Biology.
Along with this, the candidates should have passed B1 and B2 level in German (from Goethe, Telc, OSD, TestDaf). The interview for this will be held in the last week of March 2026. The program offers German language training (up to B2 level), support throughout the recruitment process, employment opportunities in Germany’s healthcare sector, and a monthly stipend during the study period after arriving in Germany.
Previous experience in the health sector (e.g. Junior Red Cross membership) will be considered as an additional qualification. Only Keralite students between the ages of 18 and 27 (as on March 1 st, 2026) can apply for the program.
