Projects worth ₹2,789.08 crore have been implemented in 19 hospitals through the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). So far, development projects worth over ₹10,000 crore have been carried out through KIIFB. Additionally, development works worth around ₹1,000 crore have been made possible through NABARD. Further developments have also been executed through Plan Funds and other funding sources.

Health Minister Veena George stated that these initiatives have enabled the construction of new buildings and the procurement of modern medical equipment.
